EPA Proposes Revisions to California State Implementation Plan for Bay Area Air Quality Management District

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve changes to the Bay Area Air Quality Management District's portion of the California State Implementation Plan, which aims to reduce nitrogen oxide and carbon monoxide emissions from petroleum refineries' boilers, steam generators, and process heaters.
