EPA Approves Revision to California State Implementation Plan for VOC Emissions from Wastewater Systems

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has taken direct final action to approve a revision to the South Coast Air Quality Management District portion of the California State Implementation Plan, focusing on regulating volatile organic compound emissions from wastewater systems, in accordance with the Clean Air Act of 1990.
