Commission Seeks Comment on Disposition of Down Payments and Pending Applications for Licenses Won During Auction No. 35

The Commission is seeking public input on whether to refund certain down payments and allow applicants to dismiss their pending license applications with prejudice, in response to licenses won during Auction No. 35.
