Ross Metals, Inc. to Settle Superfund Site Claims with EPA's De Minimis Settlement

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed a de minimis settlement at the Ross Metals, Inc. Superfund Site in Rossville, Tennessee, to cover past and future response costs, with 29 parties accepting the offer and allowing for 30-day written comments.
