Texas Valley Citrus Committee Lowers Assessment Rate for Oranges and Grapefruit Grown in Lower Rio Grande Valley

The Texas Valley Citrus Committee has decreased the assessment rate for oranges and grapefruit grown in the Lower Rio Grande Valley in Texas, from $0.12 to $0.11 per 7/10-bushel carton, effective for the 2002-03 fiscal period and beyond.
