U.S. Department of Commerce Amends Countervailing Duty Determination for German Steel Wire Rod

The U.S. Department of Commerce has revised its countervailing duty determination for carbon and certain alloy steel wire rod from Germany, following a ministerial error allegation from Saarstahl AG and subsequent review of comments from the parties.
