PPL Holtwood to Implement Drought-Related Water Plan for Lake Wallenpaupack

The Pennsylvania Commission will hold a public hearing to gather comments on proposed rule changes to its Comprehensive Plan and Water Code, which would allow for increased water usage from Lake Wallenpaupack during drought conditions, with the goal of augmenting Delaware River flows and maintaining a minimum lake elevation of 1167.5 feet.
