USDA's Natural Resources Conservation Service Exempts Comprehensive Nutria Management Plan from Environmental Impact Statement

The Natural Resources Conservation Service, part of the US Department of Agriculture, has announced that it will not prepare an environmental impact statement for the Comprehensive Management of Nutria Herbivory Damage in Coastal Louisiana and the Coastwide Nutria Control Program (LA-03b), citing exemptions under the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 and relevant guidelines.
