EPA Approves Utah's Air Quality Implementation Plan and Vehicle Inspection and Maintenance Programs

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved revisions to Utah's state air quality implementation plan and vehicle inspection and maintenance programs, which update the state's I/M programs and require the implementation of On-Board Diagnostic systems starting January 1, 2002.
