Rural Utilities Service Issues Record of Decision for Southern Intertie Project

The Rural Utilities Service has made a Record of Decision for the Southern Intertie Project, a 138 kilovolt transmission line between the Kenai Peninsula and Anchorage, Alaska, after determining that the National Environmental Policy Act process is satisfied for financing assistance from Golden Valley Electric Association.
