Marine Mammals; File Nos. 782-1694 and 782-1438 Permit Application and Amendment

The National Marine Mammal Laboratory is seeking permits to collect and study specimen materials from certain marine mammals, including whales and seals, for scientific research purposes, and is also requesting an amendment to an existing permit.
