Notice of Availability, Natural Resource Damage Assessment Plan

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, on behalf of the U.S. Department of the Interior, as a natural resource trustee, announces the release of the Natural Resource Damage Assessment Plan (Plan) for the Hudson River Superfund Site. The Plan describes the activities that constitute the Trustees' currently proposed approach to conducting the assessment of natural resources exposed to PCBs.
