Safety Advisory: Unauthorized Stamping of DOT Specification Compressed Gas Cylinders

The U.S. Department of Transportation's (DOT) Road Safety Partnership Agency (RSPA) has issued a warning about the unauthorized stamping of indentations in the side walls of high-pressure compressed gas cylinders by Blue Water Divers (Blue Water), Ltd., a company based in Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, which supplies SCUBA cylinders to the industry.
