Mortgage and Loan Insurance Programs Under the National Housing Act-Debenture Interest Rates Changes

The Federal Housing Commissioner has announced changes to interest rates for mortgage and loan insurance programs under the National Housing Act. The interest rates for debentures issued between July 1, 2002, and June 30, 2003, will be 6rac{5}{8} extsuperscript{ extpercnt} for certain loans and 5rac{3}{4} extsuperscript{ extpercnt} for others.
