Department of Veterans Affairs Establishes New System of Records

The Department of Veterans Affairs is establishing a new system of records, 'Telephone Care and Service Records-VA', in compliance with the Privacy Act of 1974, which requires federal agencies to publish notices about their systems of records in the Federal Register.
