Bureau of Indian Affairs to File Final Environmental Impact Statement for Truckee River Water Quality Settlement Agreement

The Bureau of Indian Affairs is making a Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) for a proposed water rights acquisition program available for public review, as part of the Truckee River Water Quality Settlement Agreement, to fulfill federal obligations in Washoe, Storey, and Lyon Counties, NV.
