Coast Guard Temporarily Adjusts Drawbridge Regulations for New York City Marathon

The US Coast Guard has temporarily modified the drawbridge operation rules for three bridges in New York City to ensure public safety during the New York City Marathon on November 3, 2002, with the bridges closing from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. respectively.
