US Department of Agriculture Finalizes Rule for Rural Business Grants
The US Department of Agriculture's Rural Business-Cooperative Service has finalized a rule allowing small businesses in rural areas to access grants without restrictions on using technological innovations or commercializing new products or processes, as adopted from its 2001 interim rule.
