EPA Publishes Final Guidelines for Ensuring Information Quality and Integrity
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has released its final Information Quality Guidelines, which aim to improve the quality, objectivity, and integrity of information disseminated by the agency, in response to federal agency guidelines set by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). The guidelines are now available on the EPA website, and the agency is introducing a Request for Correction process to address any inaccuracies in disseminated information.
