Reduction in Certain FHA Multifamily Mortgage Insurance Premiums

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has reissued a notice lowering mortgage insurance premiums (MIPs) for certain Federal Housing Administration (FHA) multifamily mortgage insurance programs, effective October 1, 2002, in response to public comments. The new rates are based on those in effect in Fiscal Year 2002.
