EPA Approves Test Marketing Exemption for Chemical

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved modifications to the test marketing period for a test marketing exemption (TME) under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), allowing a certain chemical to be marketed for testing purposes. The EPA has designated the original test marketing application as TME-02-0005.
