MSHA Proposes Revised Rule for Testing and Evaluation of Mining Products

The Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) is publishing a revised proposed rule that would allow manufacturers of mining equipment to use independent laboratories to test and evaluate their products for approval, reducing costs and increasing the availability of safer products in the market.
