Coast Guard Establishes Permanent Security Zones Around Cruise Ships in Houston and Galveston Ports

The US Coast Guard is setting up permanent security zones around cruise ships in the Ports of Houston and Galveston, Texas, to ensure the safety and security of these vessels, and access to these zones is restricted to authorized personnel and vessels only.
