SBA Proposes Rule Changes for VA CVE Database Protests and Appeals

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) is proposing rule changes to its Office of Hearings and Appeals (OHA) to handle protests and appeals related to eligibility for inclusion in the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE) database, in accordance with the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2017 (NDAA 2017).
