Falkirk Mining Company to Offer Coal Leases in North Dakota via Sealed Bid

The Falkirk Mining Company will hold a competitive coal lease sale in McLean County, North Dakota, on December 10, 2002, with sealed bids due by December 10, 2002, at 12 noon. The sale is in accordance with the Mineral Leasing Act of 1920 and will be conducted by the Bureau of Land Management.
