EPA Finalizes Amendments to National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants at Publicly Owned Treatment Works

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized amendments to the national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants at publicly owned treatment works, following a settlement agreement with the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA) regarding a petition for judicial review of the existing standards.
