Lake Charles Harbor and Terminal District Approves Channel Users' Fee for Calcasieu River Project

The Lake Charles Harbor and Terminal District adopted a proposed channel users' fee to fund the local share of the Federal Calcasieu River project, as authorized by the Water Resources Development Act of 1986 and Louisiana Revised Statute 34:203(2)(a).
