ATF Delegation of Authority: Final Rule Transfers Authority to Appropriate Officers

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) is transferring all its authority related to importing arms, ammunition, and war implements to 'appropriate ATF officers,' effectively removing references to subordinate officers and requiring documents to be filed with these officers or in accordance with ATF instructions.
