EPA Approves Mecklenburg County Local Implementation Plan Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to the Mecklenburg County Local Implementation Plan (LIP) submitted by the Mecklenburg County Department of Environmental Protection, as part of the State of North Carolina's efforts to regulate volatile organic compound emissions and other miscellaneous sections of the Mecklenburg County Air Pollution Control Ordinance.
