EPA Approves North Carolina's Revised Regulations for Ozone and Air Quality

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved North Carolina's revised regulations for ozone and air quality, submitted by the North Carolina Department of Environment and Natural Resources, without prior public comment period, citing the noncontroversial nature of the submission.
