London Pacific Life & Annuity Company Seeks Approval for Portfolio Substitution

The London Pacific Life & Annuity Company has submitted a request to the regulatory authorities to substitute the shares of certain portfolios in its LPT Variable Insurance Series Trust with shares of similar portfolios in the MFS(R) Variable Insurance Trust, in order to allow for more efficient management of its investments.
