Draft Guidance for the Coastal and Estuarine Land Conservation Program Released

The U.S. Department of Commerce has made available the Draft Guidance for the Coastal and Estuarine Land Conservation Program (CELCP), a conservation initiative established in 2002 to protect significant coastal and estuarine areas with conservation, recreational, ecological, historical, or aesthetic values.
