DoD Issues Final Rule on Enterprise Software Agreements for DFARS

The US Department of Defense (DoD) has published a final rule updating the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to include policies governing the use of enterprise software agreements for acquiring commercial software and software maintenance.
