DoD Issues Final Rule on Competition Requirements for Services Under Multiple Award Contracts

The US Department of Defense (DoD) has released a final rule updating the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to comply with Section 803 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2002, which mandates competition in the procurement of services under multiple award contracts.
