EPA Approves Revision to California State Implementation Plan for NOX and CO Emissions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is taking direct final action to approve a revision to the Ventura County Air Pollution Control District portion of the California State Implementation Plan, focusing on reducing emissions of oxides of nitrogen and carbon monoxide from stationary internal combustion engines, in compliance with the Clean Air Act of 1990.
