NETL Announces Availability of Financial Assistance Solicitation for Advanced Coal Research

The National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) is announcing a financial assistance solicitation for advanced coal research at U.S. colleges and universities. The solicitation will be available for download from the Industry Interactive Procurement System (IIPS) website, and applicants can register to submit applications based on merit review by a technical panel and external peer reviewers.
