Federal Reserve to Review International Settlements Policy and Rates

The Federal Reserve is launching a review of its International Settlements Policy, seeking input on proposals to reform the policy and settlement rates, as well as foreign mobile termination rates, to better understand the competitive status of the US international marketplace.
