EPA Approves Idaho's Plan to Reduce Carbon Monoxide in Northern Ada County

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved the State of Idaho's plan to redesignate the Northern Ada County area from a nonattainment zone to an attainment zone for the national standard on carbon monoxide, and also approved the state's maintenance plan for the area.
