Radio Broadcasting Services; Arcadia, Desert Hot Springs, Fallbrook, Murrieta, and Yucca Valley, CA - Channel 281A Allotment and Rejection of Counterproposal

The FCC has allocated Channel 281A to Murrieta, California, as its first local aural service in response to a petition filed by Helen Jones. The Commission has also rejected a counterproposal by Big City Radio-LA, L.L.C. to upgrade Station KLYY(FM) from Channel 296A to Channel 296B1, which would have affected other stations in the area.
