NMFS Proposes Exempted Fishing Permit for Atlantic Cod Study

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) proposes to issue an Exempted Fishing Permit (EFP) for a study on an experimental bycatch reduction device to develop otter trawl gear for the Northeast Multispecies fishery, which aims to reduce Atlantic cod catch.
