Noncommercial Educational Broadcasting Compulsory License

The Copyright Office of the Library of Congress is publishing negotiated rate adjustments, under the Copyright Act, for the noncommercial educational broadcasting compulsory license for the period 2003 through 2007. The proposed rate adjustments shall become final unless one or more parties with a significant interest in the rates notifies the Office that it will litigate the rate adjustment before a Copyright Arbitration Royalty Panel ("CARP").
