Department of Commerce Updates Pre-Award Notification Requirements for Grants and Cooperative Agreements

The Department of Commerce has amended its pre-award notification requirements for grants and cooperative agreements, building on the 2001 Department-wide requirements announced in the Federal Register on October 1, 2001.
