SBA to Increase Small Business Investment Company Licensing and Examination Fees

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) is revising its regulations to increase licensing and examination fees for Small Business Investment Companies (SBICs), aiming to offset the agency's costs and recoup 80% of its expenses by 2020 and inflation-adjusted fees thereafter.
