Carolina Rail Service, LLC Gains Exemption to Acquire and Operate North Carolina Ports Railway Commission and North Carolina State Ports Authority Assets

Carolina Rail Service, LLC has received an exemption from the North Carolina Ports Railway Commission and North Carolina State Ports Authority to acquire and operate their assets, following a proposal submitted to the commission and approval from the state ports authority
