EPA Proposes Extension of Massachusetts CRT Interim Authorization

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to extend the expiration date of the interim authorization for the Massachusetts program regulating Cathode Ray Tubes (CRTs) from January 1, 2003, to January 1, 2006, under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act.
