The National Environmental Conflict Resolution (ECR) Advisory Committee of the U.S. Institute for Environmental Conflict Resolution will hold a public meeting on November 19-20, 2002, at the Windmill Inn in Tucson, Arizona, to discuss various aspects of environmental conflict resolution and natural resource management.
