List of Laboratories Certified to Conduct Urine Drug Testing for Federal Agencies

The Department of Health and Human Services publishes a monthly list of laboratories certified to meet federal standards for workplace drug testing, and updates the list if a laboratory's certification is suspended or revoked, or if a laboratory withdraws from the certification program.
