Regulatory Approval for Unlisted Trading Privilege Basis for Nasdaq-Listed Securities

The National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc., and six exchanges have received partial temporary approval for Amendment No. 13 to their reporting plan, allowing for the trading of securities on an unlisted trading privilege basis on Nasdaq exchanges.
