Department of Commerce to Amend Census Records System Under Privacy Act

The Department of Commerce is seeking public comment on a proposed change to its 'Population Census Personal Service Records' system, which includes records from the 1900 census and all subsequent decennial censuses, in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974.
