EPA Proposes Administrative Penalties for Clean Water Act Violations at Multiple Auto Wrecking Facilities

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is providing notice of proposed administrative penalty assessments for alleged Clean Water Act violations at five auto wrecking facilities operated by Pick Your Part Auto Wrecking. The EPA is seeking public comment on the proposed assessments, which are authorized under section 309(g) of the Clean Water Act.
